AC Puddle & Co LTD was established in 1972 as a plumbing & heating company by husband and wife team Alan & Marilyn Puddle who were later joined by sons Mark & Dale.

The company has seen many changes during the years and have kept up with the latest trends and now pride themselves as being one of the largest and longest privately owned fireplace showrooms in South Wales.

The showroom & offices, spread over 4 floors, is located in the old market town of Pontypool and is one of the oldest established family run businesses in the area.

Being a family run business we do not employ high pressure salesmen. Customers can be assured of a personal service from start to finish by our professional and knowledgable staff. Surveys are arranged to suit our clients busy lives and scheduled when it suits them. From the initial contact right through to installation and after sales service our customers are guaranteed that extra special expert advice and service.
