Important App update – Smart eControl & Fire eControl
If you are experiencing issues with either of our Bluetooth apps, Smart eControl or Fire eControl, please follow the below steps:
Step 1 – Remove the app from your Android device
Step 2 – Download the latest version of the app from the Google Play Store. The latest versions can be downloaded from the below links.
If you are still experiencing problems, please update your mobile device’s operating system in the settings menu under “Software Update” to Android 10+.
