Lichfield, UK — 28 March 2025 – Flamerite Fires, a British manufacturer of electric fireplaces with a 25-year legacy of innovation and craftsmanship, has signed an OEM agreement and global sales agent agreement with Luxstar, one of China’s foremost electric fire producers.
This strategic partnership marks a major milestone for both companies, bringing together Flamerite’s award-winning British design expertise with Luxstar’s advanced manufacturing capabilities and established international distribution network.
The official signing was completed today at the HPBExpo 2025 (Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Expo) in New Orleans where the two companies are showcasing two new co-created products for 2025: an innovative stove that can be freestanding or hanging; and a holographic fire that brings even greater realisim to the flame effect. Flamerite is also displaying its E-FX 1500 fireplace, recently announced as a US Good Design Award winner for its green credentials.
Under the terms of the agreement, Luxstar will manufacture selected products on an OEM basis for Flamerite, while Flamerite’s sought-after designs and brand power will become an integral part of Luxstar’s global growth strategy. Together, the two companies are uniquely positioned to deliver exceptional products to customers worldwide while accelerating growth through shared innovation and expanded market reach.
